- To improve productivity and efficiency of Board’s Services.
- To provide timely delivery of Energy Bills and redress the consumer grievances in no time.
- To improve Energy billing, Revenue collections and to plug leakages in the same.
- To hasten the process of decision making at the Top Level.
- To provide an efficient tool for monitoring of various programs and schemes under implementation.
- To improve transparency within the Board’s working mechanism and to build a better Board-Public Interface.
- To enable the Board to attain a glorious position in maximum utilization of IT.
