Check Grievance Status To find out the status of your grievance, you will need to enter the Grievance-ID under which your request was accepted. This is a 12 digit number which is automatically generated every time a new grievance is lodged. Type in the Grievance-ID and click on the Submit button so that search can be initiated. Typing mistakes can be erased by clicking on Reset button. Once your grievance has been located, it will be displayed here along with an action taken report.
